Yoga has been my steady love, a lifeline that’s held me through every high and low.

Since beginning my daily practice in 2019, yoga has been there to lift me in bright moments and support me through rocky times, bringing peace, balance, and a deep connection with mind and body. My 200-hour training with Tami Schneider deepened this relationship, turning yoga into a space of healing and strength.

In my classes, expect powerful flows, intentional breathwork, and a space to connect deeply with yourself. I’m here to offer a safe, nurturing haven where all bodies and experience levels are welcome to explore yoga as a journey to self-discovery and empowerment.

I practice yoga because… Yoga has been my lifeline, a moving meditation that grounds me, brings me peace, joy and gratitude and offers me a safe space to breathe through life’s challenges.

I teach yoga because… I believe in creating a safe haven where everyone feels welcome. My goal is to share the soulful, joyful, spiritual and supportive love that yoga has given me, inspiring others to embrace their authentic selves.

I find peace… In breath work, nature, and when I’m fully present in a pose, letting everything flow off me like a river.

I have been most influenced by… The many teachers, students, and life experiences that have shaped my path, each adding layers of wisdom, resilience, and inspiration to my practice and my teaching.

Some of my favorite snacks are… Fresh fruits, smoothies, anything with a hint of dark chocolate and ice cream - because, BALANCE :)

I am happiest when… I’m in the flow—whether creating art, practicing yoga, or sharing moments with my children. Being present and in gratitude is everything.

I couldn’t live without… My yoga mat, my breath, and my children’s laughter.

When I’m not at Inner Bliss, you might find me… Riding my bike, rollerblading, hiking, painting in my studio, or cheering on my kids’ latest adventures.

My favorite mantra is… “What is meant for you won’t miss you.”

Every day I… Move, breathe, and take a moment to connect deeply with myself and the world around me.
